Yoga - Fuel & Flow

Relaxed and friendly yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Classes are Vinyasa based, linking the breath with movement. We start slowly and build up to more challenging postures with a soothing Savasana at the end where you can absorb all the benefits of the practise and really let go.Fridays and Sundays and 1-1 Sessions.
